As a Senior Vice President and Director of Sunnyside Yard while at NYCEDC, Cali served as the point person with City Hall, electeds, rail agencies and the public. She led a multi-disciplinary team that conducted a feasibility study and master plan for the development of a mixed-use community decked over the 180-acre rail yard.

Cali established an advisory board of City/State leaders, managed a team of over 100, budget of over $6M, and the development the long-term governance and financing strategy for the overbuild.
