Cali partnered with elected officials, the community, local stakeholders, and City agencies to better connect the neighborhood to job centers, increase economic opportunity, and improve quality of life.

As the point with City Hall and the public, she successfully led the rezoning in 2017 that resulted in over $300M investments, unlocked over 600 new affordable housing units, hundreds of square feet of new commercial space, a new library, street/infrastructure improvements in addition to other improvement.
