Kyanite Partners joined a team of consultants based in Australia to develop and present a reformed approach to neighborhood planning as part of the Government’s system-wide reform agenda. The goal was to enable the authority to more efficiently and effectively rezone areas and implement major infrastructure projects.

We supported the team by preparing evidence and justification for a streamlined approach based on experiences in New York City. We completed research, shared case studies, facilitated virtual workshops and co-wrote a final report. Our recommendations are currently being implemented.
